1. Guests in the Salon
To help keep everyone safe, only one guest is permitted in the salon at a time. This means that only the person receiving service will be allowed inside for the duration of the appointment. Exceptions can be made for people who require assistance or for children receiving services. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and ring the bell upon arrival.
2. Hygiene
Immediately upon entering the salon, please use the hand sanitizer located on the front desk. Everyone onsite is required to wear a mask while inside the salon. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. Please do not bring food or drink into the salon and be advised that we are not able to provide refreshments at this time.
There are blocked times between appointments for the purpose of sanitizing all contact points.
3. What to Expect
In the past, we have been able to modify services during your appointment to meet your hair goals at the expense of overlapping appointments. This is no longer possible. Appointments need to be kept within the scheduled timeframe to allow for adequate sanitizing between clients and to accommodate all scheduled appointment during the day. Please note, if your goals don’t fit within your scheduled timeframe, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or services reduced to fit the appointment time.
Each guest will be draped using a freshly cleaned towel and cape, and all surfaces you encounter will have been sanitized prior to your arrival.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and comfort during your appointment with us. If you have any questions, comments or concerns about our services, cleaning methods or products, please get in touch!
Thank you for supporting The Unicorn Salon and for your patience as we work through these extraordinary circumstances together!
